Make a list of at least five ways that you can take better care of yourself. Practice at least one today.

We’ve been a nation at war for too long, covert opperations conducted in our national intrest way back when were carried out clandestinely, today they serve as the rallying cry for some sick sense of national pride. 20 young voices silenced, all 6 and 7 years old, like anyone who had a heart, I was hurt, then I started thinking, another 10 or 12 years, some of these kids get loaded on a plane, are flown halfway around the world, disembark, have an M-16 placed into their hands, indoctrnated, well trained, prepaired to kill or be killed, ya got to ask how many young voices are silenced every day by our CIA Drones? Well the NRA is sounding like their up for the fight, armed guards are the answer to schools, oh boy, more guns, bright, Barbara Boxer is doing them one better though, she’s suggesting sending in the National Guard. Dubbau, our president preceding Double O-Bama, started all this, do you remember that deck of cards, I guess ya got to expect a wing nut every now and then, our cowboy president, not some hollywood creation, he wanted the world to think he was the real thing! Guns, ammunition, assault weapons, viloent movies and TV, viloent video games, I think these are just the symptoms, I believe the debate to frame is are we to be a peaceful nation, or a nation fighting the perpetual war! I gotta go, got things to do, I made that list today, gonna clean my house, cross that out, who knows, sure would be good, maybe I can cross out two, so where am I going with this, a better question would be what am I getting from all this, well…, for 4 days these thoughts have been omnipresent, with another 60 days to go, well I hope I’ll get contagious, like maybe I’m stricken with some strange peace virus, that it’s highly infectous!
