Lt. Morris:
On April 19, 2016, I filed a criminal complaint for harassment against Tony Waldman with the West Chester Police Department. On April 20, April 25, May 9 and other dates, I made follow-up contacts with the Police Department about the on-going harassment.
On May 26, I met with you in your office about the criminal complaint against Tony Waldman. You assured me an independent investigation was being conducted and a police officer would be contacting me shortly; however, I have yet to be contacted. Instead, I have been repeatedly harassed by Tony Waldman and members of your Department.
During the most recent incident on June 21, your officer said he was going to cite me even though I had not violated any ordinance. He also stated that the hearing for Tony Waldman's harassment complaint would likely be on the same day as the hearing for the noise violation. This is unacceptable.
Time is of the essence.
