Right To Know Request / West Chester Police Department
I am requesting any and all documentation related to Tony Waldman who has been using the West Chester Police to harass me.
On April 25, 2016, I was again harassed by a borough resident through the West Chester Police. The incident occurred at the corner of Church and Gay Streets and involved Officer Davis (along with his partner) at approximately 8:20 PM.
There should also be documentation of my criminal complaint against Tony Waldman.
