On June 26, 2016 at approximately 10:45PM, Officer Viebahn of the West Chester Police Department was witnessed in illegal activities including civil rights violations and hate crimes.
At that time, Viebahn also admitted to conspiring with Justin Wilson (proprietor of Fenn's Coffee, 111 N. Church Street, West Chester, PA) and Corporal Joshua Lee of the West Chester Police Department to commit civil rights and hate crimes. (Video)
