Sergeant O'Donnell
I am requesting any (and all) incident reports or documentation involving Sgt. O'Donnell (badge #102) on the evening of August 11 at the corner of Gay and Church Streets. Sgt. O'Donnell was involved in hate crimes and civil rights violations along with two other unidentified officers.
The incident report also implicates resident Bennett Norris in hate crimes.
